How we handle your data

What we collect

Account data — your email, company name, and a hashed password. Subscription metadata from Stripe (customer ID, subscription status). Optional notes you add to leads. Usage logs (IP, route, timestamp) for security and debugging.

What we use it for

To provide the service: authenticating you, showing your private lead marks and notes, processing your subscription. Transactional emails (welcome, trial reminders, password reset, subscription confirmations) are sent on the basis of contract performance.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Fly.io (hosting). No advertising, no selling. We don't share customer data between installer accounts.

Lead data

The lead packs you browse identify Irish commercial buildings using public satellite imagery from Google's Solar API and SEAI grant guidance. We don't collect personal data about the building owners shown in these leads — those leads are based on publicly available property records and aerial imagery only.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete your account data, and to data portability. Email us to request any of these. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after closure for accounting and dispute purposes.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie: a signed session cookie used to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
